This is a beauty image I created as part of my workshop through LookBook a couple of weeks ago. Model and friend, Tara Wright, was being featured in an upcoming issue of Stig Magazine and they wanted to use some shots I had taken of her in a previous shoot. We thought it would also be fun to include a new shot just for the article. I was only able to snap off a few frames during the workshop as the students generally do most of the shooting. Either way, I’m really happy with this one. Ironically, it was created when one of the lights wasn’t firing properly. Happy mistake.

Fashion Photography Workshop – Feb. 12, 2011 in Toronto

That’s right, I have been asked by Look Book Factory (http://www.lookbookfactory.com/) to do a workshop on fashion photography. It will be held on Saturday, Feb. 12th and will be split in to two parts. The first will be more technical with lots of hands-on and shooting and the second part is more of a business talk with some industry speakers. I am super excited about this workshop. I think it’s going to be tons of fun.
